These Terms govern your use of School Bus Home (the "Service"), operated by Erbacci LLC. By using the Service you accept these Terms.
School Bus Home checks your linked Ring camera or doorbell for a school bus during the time windows you define: on a motion or doorbell event inside a window it retrieves up to three still images, determines whether a US yellow school bus is visible, and notifies you when one is detected. In your after-school window you also get a heads-up when no school bus has been detected by a time you choose. The morning window is optional, off unless you turn it on, and is detection only: at most one "school bus seen this morning" note with the time it was seen, and no heads-up — a morning with no detection is not reported, because it would mean nothing. It is not a childcare, supervision, security, alarm, or life-safety service, and is not a substitute for any of those. It detects a school bus (a vehicle type), not people; detection is best-effort and a bus may be missed if it stops out of view, and neither a notification nor its absence confirms that any person is or is not home, or where anyone went.
Alerts depend on third parties (Ring's motion events, your camera's placement and connectivity, your network, and Apple/Google push and email delivery) that may delay, drop, or fail to deliver notifications. We make no warranty that any alert will be delivered timely, accurately, or at all, and disclaim responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on the Service.
You must own or be authorised to manage the Ring devices you link, and must not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless local consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable different forum.
